The Diocese of Ohio will elect a new bishop next month. St. Paul’s vestry is sending three members of the parish to the November convention as voting delegates. They are Michele Alexander, Linda Fayerweather, and Ken Robinson. Deno Music will serve as alternate if needed. You have an opportunity to meet the three candidates next week, both in person and online.
Please note: Due to the election, there will be no Wednesday Eucharist or Wednesday evening Bible Study on Oct 26.
Mark Hollingsworth has announced his retirement sometime in 2023. He has called for the election of a Bishop Coadjutor at the November Convention. The new bishop coadjutor will serve as a fully consecrated bishop and become the diocesan bishop when Bishop Hollingsworth retires. The diocese has run a search and brought three nominations. You may read about the candidates using the link HERE.
The candidates will tour the diocese next week for Meet and Greets. They will be in our area on Wednesday.
