Dining for Women is the world’s largest educational giving circle dedicated to transforming lives and eradicating poverty among women and girls in the developing world.

Each month our St. Paul’s Maumee Chapter share a meal together, while learning about  grassroots projects that empower women and girls. Members donate what they would have spent dining out. There is no minimum donation. Every gift, combined with thousands of others from chapters across the country, can make a difference.

Our first St. Paul’s dinner was held on January 17 and was very successful. A great group of 13 women attended. We enjoyed a simple dinner of soup, salad, bread and dessert, provided by our members, and watched a video highlighting our featured Grantee: Venture Strategies for Health and Development located in Niger. A wonderful discussion followed.

Please join us for our next St. Paul’s Maumee Dining for Women dinner.

Thursday, February 21 @ 6:00 p.m. St. Paul’s Parish Hall.

Our focus this month will be the Maji Safi Group located in the Mara Region of Tanzania. The Mission is to promote health and disease prevention.

Our St. Paul’s Chapter currently has 21 members and we welcome anyone else who would like to join us.
