Mrs. Cristy Seely
Director
Mrs. Seely has been a member of the EWP team since 2010. She holds a B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the University of Toledo and brings over 20 years of diverse experience in the field, including roles in Montessori education and Children’s Ministry. Mrs. Seely is passionate about the critical importance of the first five years of a child’s life, believing these formative years shape their future selves. Her goal is to provide enriching experiences that nurture students spiritually, inspire them academically, support their emotional development, and guide their social growth. Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Seely is married with four adult children. She enjoys kayaking and traveling with her husband. Additionally, she contributes to the field by teaching professional development and CDA classes through the YWCA.
Mrs. Tina Faulkner
Assistant Director
Mrs. Faulkner began her career at EWP in 2007, initially teaching 3-year-olds. In the fall of 2020, she transitioned to an administrative role as Assistant Director. She holds a degree in Business from Owens State Community College. Mrs. Faulkner is dedicated to creating an environment where students feel welcomed and cherished, understanding that each child is unique and deserving of growth at their own pace and style. She is married and the proud mother of two sons: her oldest is a distinguished veteran of the United States Marine Corps, and her youngest is a proud EWP graduate.
Mrs. Amanda Wilt
Floater Teacher/Monitor
Mrs. Wilt is a familiar face at Elizabeth Wayne Preschool, having not only attended the school as a child but also sent her own children here. She studied business at Owens Community College and has gained valuable experience working as an office assistant and bookkeeper at a friend’s dance studio. In 2018, when her children were all in school full time, Mrs. Wilt joined EWP to assist Mrs. Perry in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for students. Known for her organizational skills, creativity, and love for working with children, Mrs. Wilt is dedicated to fostering a positive learning experience. She is married and the mother of four boys.
Mrs. Jeny Mazza
Lead Teacher
Mrs. Mazza earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Owens State Community College. She is dedicated to offering families a nurturing and developmentally sound foundation for lifelong learning. Mrs. Mazza believes in allowing children to explore, inquire, play, and discover their world, aiming to create a rich environment where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and express themselves freely. She began teaching at EWP in the fall of 2016 and is married with one daughter. In her free time, Mrs. Mazza enjoys spending quality moments with her family.
Mrs. Molly Gillespie
Lead Teacher
Mrs. Gillespie (Mrs. G) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Special Education degree from Campbell University. Her journey at EWP began as a parent, transitioned into a substitute role, and in the fall of 2023, she became a permanent teacher. Mrs. Gillespie is passionate about the idea that children learn best through play, peer interactions, inquiry, and exploration. Married with four energetic boys, she often spends her time singing, reading, and enjoying playful moments with her family. Her enthusiasm and creativity promise to bring both joy and growth to her students.
Mrs. Robin Stein
Assistant Teacher
Mrs. Stein began her journey at EWP in 2017 as a parent and has since contributed as a substitute, recess monitor, and float teacher. She is now thrilled to take on the role of Assistant Teacher. Mrs. Stein is enthusiastic about being in the classroom and working directly with the kids. She believes that children learn best through play and interaction with their surroundings, and she encourages them to be kind, explore, and, most importantly, have fun. She also values learning through nature and outdoor experiences. A mother of two daughters who both attended EWP’s preschool program, Mrs. Stein enjoys spending her free time with her family, her beloved pets, and working in her garden.
Mrs. Michelle Lott
Lead Teacher
Mrs. Lott joined the EWP team in the fall of 2020 after a break from the preschool setting to focus on raising her two daughters, who are now pursuing their dream careers. With 11 years of experience as a preschool teacher and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Owens State Community College, Mrs. Lott brings a wealth of experience to her role. She cherished her time as a stay-at-home mom, fully engaging in her daughters’ after-school activities. In her spare time, Mrs. Lott enjoys reading, spending time with family, and indulging in her love for Broadway shows. She looks forward to experiencing a Broadway show in New York City someday. Mrs. Lott is passionate about working with children and believes they thrive and develop best through self-directed activities.
Mrs. Kelly Vance
Lead Teacher
Mrs. Vance has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. She has been a stay at home mom to her 9 year old son, who is a graduate of EWP. Mrs. Vance started subbing in the school in 2022 and is excited to join the team full time this year. Mrs. Vance loves the preschool stage and wants to help support and guide the kiddos as they learn about themselves and the world around them through play.
Mrs. Maria Fisher

Mrs. Fisher holds a degree in Human Services from the University of Toledo and has been a dedicated member of the EWP team since 2001. With a career in early childhood education that spans back to 1989, she is experienced in helping students prepare for kindergarten through developmentally appropriate activities that cater to each child’s diverse abilities. Married and the mother of three children, Mrs. Fisher is committed to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for her students.
Mrs. Erin Perry
Lead Teacher
Mrs. Perry earned her Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Owens State Community College. Passionate about creating enriching experiences for young children, she is dedicated to helping them develop the skills they need to enter kindergarten prepared for success in both their education and everyday life. Mrs. Perry believes that fostering excitement about learning and providing engaging opportunities helps children become intrinsically motivated to grow and enjoy the learning process. Originally from Elmore, Mrs. Perry still resides there with her husband and two daughters. In her spare time, she loves camping with her family and supporting her daughters in their sports and extracurricular activities. She joined the EWP team in 2014.
Mrs. Jenny Robbins

Mrs. Robbins earned her degree in Education from Huntington University and has been a dedicated teacher at EWP since 2008. She views preschool as a place where learning is intertwined with fun and creativity, believing that children thrive when they are allowed to be playful while acquiring essential skills for future success. Mrs. Robbins is committed to challenging her students to reach their goals, fostering their growth with a blend of love, patience, and enthusiasm. She is married and the mother of three children, which enriches her understanding of the joys and challenges of early childhood education.
Mrs. Nikkole Ellis

Mrs. Ellis has been a valued member of the EWP team since the fall of 2020. She holds a B.A. in Early Childhood Education from Lourdes College and is deeply passionate about supporting children through conscious discipline techniques. Outside of her professional life, Mrs. Ellis is a devoted wife and mother of two, which further fuels her commitment to fostering a nurturing and positive environment for young learners.
