Free Workshop: Empowering Young Leaders – Help Shape the Leaders of Tomorrow!
Do you want to make a difference in the lives of young people in our community and help them reach their full potential? The organization Neighbor to Neighbor invites all parents, teachers, and caring participants to the free public workshop, Empowering Young Leaders.
With a focus on the pillars of compassion, communication, and collaboration, this event is designed to provide fundamental tools and ideas that empower youth for leadership, promoting healthy relationships and productive civic engagement.
The workshop will be guided by Kami Blakeman, a School Counselor at Central Trail Elementary in Sylvania, Ohio. With 17 years of experience as an educator—including her first 11 years working with students with autism—Kami describes her core mission as “teaching kindness”.
