The Boy Scouts organized a food drive for Maumee. They collected at seven churches, Maumee Schools, & St. Luke’s Hospital. They raised $2,300 for Maumee Churches United. It was all delivered at once to St. Paul’s for the Under One Roof Food Pantry, (hosted by St. Paul’s and operated by all seven churches).
Client use is up and we expect a dramatic increase in the next few weeks as the economy sours. People have lost jobs and are now seeing their last paychecks.
