Centering Prayer is a contemplative practice that restores and grounds us in ways that most of us deeply need in our overly busy, anxious world. The practice is a spiritual antidote that opens us to the calm and revitalization of resting in God. Like all meditative practices, it affects us not only during the practice, but in our daily lives, leading to personal transformation.
Join St. Michael’s in the Hills of Ottawa Hills for a practical introductory workshop on Saturday, January 10,2026 from 3-4:30 p.m. The workshop will be led by John Fousek and Pat Mills, instructors trained through Contemplative Outreach, Ltd., the organization founded by Father Thomas Keating, a principal developers of Centering Prayer.
