Join us Sunday, September 21st from 5-7pm
The Season of Creation, September 1st through October 4th, is celebrated by Christians around the world as a time for renewing, repairing and restoring our relationship to God, one another, and all of creation.
Over the past year and a half, members of the St. Paul’s Land Statement group have researched the history and culture of Indigenous peoples who lived in the Maumee area. As we come close to finalizing our land statement, we wanted to have a celebration around the time of Thanksgiving to honor the earth and all of the wonders we are blessed to be surrounded by. Come join us, with our neighbors from St. Timothy’s and Trinity, for a vegetarian dinner provided by St. Paul’s parishioners, and to learn about the Haudenosaunee Thanksgiving Address, St. Paul’s Sacred Grounds designation, and to participate in a Via Creationis prayer walk around our campus.
Please RSVP by Thursday, September 18th.
